The Goals of SEPAG

  • Goal 1
    Increase collaboration between parents and school district regarding curriculum policy and procedure.

    Work Completed on Goal 1

    • Parent research and discussion.
    • Curriculum documents and resources for district, are accessible on district website.
    • Dialogue with Curriculum Director:

    All curriculum is designed with input from special educators grade specific.

    Modification and supplemental materials are purchased through special services to support growth towards curriculum.

    District coaches will compile a list of resources to have available on district website for easy access for parents to help support their children. This will be available in the 2019-2020 school year.

  • Goal 2
    Establish a parent network for additional support for families of special needs children.

    Work Completed on Goal 2

    To expand our parent base and communication, a website and email will be established by June of 2019 to support SEPAG initiatives. Currently being developed.
