Vision for Student Empowerment   

We envision a district where inclusivity fuels student empowerment, ensuring every child feels a deep sense of belonging that inspires them to take on challenges, explore their passions, and grow into resilient, confident individuals. 

 

GOAL 1: To complete the action items and supply metrics in the target areas by June 2026 toward attaining the Vision for Student Empowerment.

Target Areas:

  • Review Student Behavior Expectations
  • Strengthen Transition Supports
  • Leverage AI for Student Engagement and Learning
  • Expand Student Voice and Leadership
  • Strengthen Instruction & Staff Capacity for Emotional Intelligence
  • Conduct Culturally Responsive Curriculum Audit
  • Strengthen Special Education Inclusion & Co-Teaching

 

Vision for Promoting Student Achievement  

We envision a school district where every student has equitable opportunities to succeed through well-designed programs and activities that promote sustained learning, with access to high-quality instruction, supportive interventions, and diverse extracurricular options to empower them to reach their full potential.

 

GOAL 2: To complete the action items and supply metrics in the target areas by June 2026 toward attaining the Vision for Promoting Student Achievement.

Target Areas:

  • Expand and Refine Middle School Offerings/Schedule
  • Refine Intervention & Referral Procedures
  • Refine Attendance Practices
  • Develop and Strengthen Tier 1 Instructional Practices
  • Explore and Identify Evidence-Based Emotional Intelligence Programs
  • Evaluate Special Education Program
  • Enhance Culture and Climate

 

Vision for Strengthening Family-District Collaboration 

We envision a district where strong, collaborative partnerships with families are at the core of our community, supported by accessible resources, transparent communication, and inclusive practices that foster meaningful engagement and shared responsibility for student success.

 

GOAL 3: To complete the action items and supply metrics in the target areas by June 2026 toward attaining the Vision for Strengthening Family-District Collaboration.

Target Areas:

  • Strengthen Home–School Communications
  • Bolster and Redesign District Website
  • Deepen Community Partnerships

 

Vision for Ensuring Safety and Sustainability  

We envision a district where safety and sustainability are paramount, maintaining a secure learning environment while efficiently managing and enhancing our facilities to support long-term success and well-being for all members of our community.

 

GOAL 4: To complete the action items and supply metrics in the target areas by June 2026 toward attaining the Vision for Ensuring Safety and Sustainability.

Target Areas:

  • Maintain Mental Health Supports
  • Support Anonymous Threat Reporting
  • Strengthen Emergency Preparedness & Security Enhancements
  • Optimize Cybersecurity Infrastructure and Compliance
  • Use HIB Data for Professional Learning
  • Develop Budget Sustainability and Revenue Strategy
