Building Use Forms and Procedures
The Facilities Use Request Form MUST be completed prior to any other communication with the school. Please ensure that:
- Facilities Use Terms of Agreement - Is signed and dated
- Procedures for Safe Building Use - Is signed and dated
- Application for Use of School Facilities - Is complete, signed and dated
- A certificate of insurance naming Branchburg Township Board of Education as an additional insured.
Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive an email with the status.
When your Building Use Application is approved, please provide:
1) Set-up requirements (if needed) must be provided at least 2 weeks prior to the date of your event.

Branchburg Township Schools Facilities Schedules
The first time you use Facilities Schedules, you will need to register for a new user account with a Group Name (e.g., for a district club or Girl Scout troop). You can also create multiple Group Names under one user account. Adding new Groups is described in the Log In procedure.
