Dear Parents and Guardians,
As the school year draws to a close, we wish you a wonderful summer break. Before the term ends, we have a few important reminders regarding the return of school-issued Chromebooks and chargers.
All devices and chargers must be returned to your student's teacher for check-in before the end of the school year. To ensure a smooth collection process and avoid unexpected charges, please note the following:
- Return the Charger: Please ensure the Chromebook is returned with its charging cable and power adapter. A replacement fee of $45 will be charged for any missing chargers.
- Review Chromebook Condition: Please inspect the device for physical damage, such as cracked screens or broken hinges. While normal wear and tear is expected, we will assess fees for significant damage upon return. There is no need to report damage in advance.
